  • ???? Nothing appears in this post?

  • There! I was trying to link to them earlier, but it didn’t work.

My absolute favorite is the Chinese one, Old Pine Tree, but I could only find part of the picture on the web.

  • Thanks! It’s cool to see your favorites. My favorites tend to be realistic landscape paintings. I do like many of Rembrant, Durer, Renoir, & Monet. :)

  • Lots of drama and movement in some of these.  I love the eclectic mix!

  • I must not be “creative” they see morbid to me.

  • @jfjamie - I admit, some of them are kind of morbid, but I picked them as favorites because they’re paintings that have provoked a strong emotional reaction for me, not every reaction being happy. “Watson and the Shark” is actually not morbid as Watson survived the shark attack and went on to become Lord Mayor of London. Also, the one of the guy lying in the road is supposed to be the conversion Paul on the road to Damascus. The “Dead Toreador” is in the collection of the National Gallery in Washington (as are “Watson and the Shark” and “Girl With a Watering Can,”) and I just always found it a sad, but beautiful painting. “Death of Marat” is indeed morbid, but it is just a masterful painting in my opinion.

  • Hey, Danielle! Yes, as you probably know by now, Isaiah had a worse attack last night and the dr now thinks he has asthma. Whether he’ll get another attack or not we don’t know, I hope not but I have an inhaler now just in case!

Hm, yeah, older bedwetting is a lot more common than I thought apparently. I have to admit I’m not up to the wet bed or up at night thing… at least not yet… so he wears pull ups. He just sleeps so deeply. The Dr. said that’s the main problem with him, as well as things just needing to mature a bit more inside. He has find bladder awareness during the day. I hope he grows out of it in the next year or so!

Thanks about the pics! Tim’s has turned into a chest infection now, poor guy. He’s been in bed most of the day and needs antibiotics. :(

Love you! Hope you have a great evening!
